lifelock is continously asking for a security retstart even when the pc is just started up or restarted for other reasons
it is very anoying
also "Mobile opening request" is currently repeting itself every time the pc is started

Be sure you have Windows Fast Startup feature disabled. With it enabled, you may not get a complete system shutdown required to fully update software and to complete any pending tasks in your Norton 360. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.
What browser are you using? To stop the Mobile Unlock requests, if using Chrome or Edge, go to your browser's settings and scroll down and click on Advanced Settings. Scroll down the the System section and be sure you have turned off the setting for "Continue running background apps when Google Chrome or Edge is closed"
