Linking an existing Norton account to onlinefamily.Norton

Hello,

 

I'ld like to invite parent ; these one already have a Norton Account.

When they click on the link of the mail and connect to their Norton account, an error occur.

Can you help me ?

 Thank you for these informations. Are we able to delete an existing account (Norton account ou O.F. Norton account) ?

I've done many tests ; all my emails are already used.

Unfortunately, deleting an existing account is not supported. I suggest that you please create a new email address.
