Links for Norton 360 renewal don't work

I am trying to renew my Norton 360 Deluxe subscription. I have tried the links in my 360 Dashboard, in my account and in reminder emails. None work. I get a blank window. Do you/they want my business?

I also tried through the app on my Android phone. After pressing renew I come to a screen that says 'Purchase Options' and a yellow button 'Retrieve your purchase'. The result... 'You have no available subscriptions in your account'.

on norton.com sign in and top right your logo thing for account should see a box ( kinda like signed in here to sign out) my account

that should take you to your page to view account status and should see under device i believe ( should have your keycode thing and days left or when it expires ) think is a option in that part to renew , would think credit card etc.. for payment options

also as shown on norton program the help top right and subcription there ( classic mode), would also try the my profile

I eventually got through to a real person on chat support who renewed me at the reduced rate offered by email. He said that all the links had expired.

As BJM_ posted above, make sure VPN is off and all Norton content is allowed etc.

Also check your extensions, personally I would disable all extensions to see if the problem is there.

Hi, I have the same 'blank screen' problem. I tried multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Norton Secure browser) all have the same blank screen. 

Is there a solution?

Wow!?...you were able to reach Chat Support okay...but, were unable to reach 'buy.norton.com'.

With users reporting blank white page.  The issue in the past has been...not allowing all Norton pages content. 
I've reproduced "blank white page" in the past by blocking Norton pages content. 
So, I post my boiler plate.

Please allow all Norton pages content.
Please turn ad/content-blocker & VPN off. 
Please allow all Norton cookies/ads/scripts/frames/trackers/beacons/etc.
Please allow all Norton pages content that may be blocked by browser extension &or built-in browser protection. 
Please allow all Norton pages content in order to provide the best experience possible. 

Since, you've allowed all Norton pages content and tried 4 methods on 2 devices.  
And Norton Services Status page reports All components are Operational

Maybe, contact Norton Official Support.
What's your geo-location. 
Maybe, I can post Norton Official Support phone number...your location...if you want.

Please run Norton LiveUpdate + machine Restart (not Shut down).  Repeat.

Maybe, you're looking at My Norton view.

Please switch to Norton 360 Classic view.

I just tried using the Ecosia browser on my phone by logging into my account and trying to renew from there too. So that's 4 methods on 2 devices have all failed!
