I have been using Nortons since 10.3.9 and had continual issues with live update downloading almost all updates available and just before finishing after huge downloads most times and it bombs out with errors. Not only does this cost download allowance
but is most frustrating. I moved to 10.4.11 where there was far more reliability as far as nortons goes. Then and now we are using 10.5.8 and the same bug exists all these years later. I am pissed off with the product and do not think that nortons is serious about MAC support as I have contacted live help on a few occassions and their suggestions did not improve anything. This morning I went to update and it kept looping and downloading NCO vulnerability updates first 105k (2.3MB) then 136k (2.2MB) and kept looping about 6 times until I have spat it with your product. I will not be renewing anything else ever again. If your opposition can get it right then why the hell can't you lot !!!!
