Just tried to run a Live UpDate and then Full System Scan. Norton opens, but the message says Coming Soon. More Norton More Protection. Nothing will open up when I click on any of those three lines. So at this time I can't perform any scans or tasks on my Windows 8.1 64-bit desktop.
Anyone else with this problem? My subscription is current.
On another note--Trojan.Kotver. Norton keeps putting this in quarantine. Is it necessary to remove it or is it okay in quarantine? It seems this has been blocked and quarantined at least 23 times on my computer.
