I use Juno internet and get my Norton disc from them with my service. 2 weeks ago on the 13th, it started malfunctioning. It refuses to Live Update. I have tried everything from deleting it to reinstalling it to using the Norton Removal Tool to Juno sending me a new disc to doing a system restore on my computer twice. I have reloaded Norton several times and NOTHING is working. I have followed all instructions from the Norton Support website and it didn't work and no one seems to be able to help me.
The name of the error is 8921, 243. What is that and what is the problem? I would rather not have to crash my computer to get my antivirus back. It tells me I'm at risk and out of protection and it won't Live Update. What can I do?
