Live Update Error: "Not all of the updates were successful."

Live update will not run automatically like it should. My virus definitions are constantly getting outdated and putting my PC at risk. Then when I try to manually start Live Update I get an error message that either say's "Not all of the updates were successful" or "No updates applied ". Then when I use Norton support they can't actually fix the problem, they can only help me download the new definitions manually off of the website, and in the mean time my PC keeps crashing from viruses that get into my system while the updates are down. I didn't pay for a years subscription to have to go to the website and manually update Norton 360 every other day. Does anyone know how I can get Live Update to function properly on it's own? Please HELP!

can you please tell us the exact version of your Norton product?
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 5.1.0.29)
