Live Update - error "There was an error performing the update."

      I just switched to a new iMac using OSX 10.6.  Antivirus for Mac 11.1 had no problem installing, but the live update gives me an "Updating error":  "There was an error performing the update."

 

      I can't get it to download any updates or virus defs.  

 

      Please help.
