Hi Guys
I ran a manual live update just before coming off my computer and it installed three updates Web Protection, Virus Def X64 and Safe Web Statistics. The update that failed to complete was Norton AntiSpam Defs. I didn’t think much of it so I restarted but still no luck! I ran it manually one more time and it installed a pulse update but again I still got the red X for AntiSpam. This is a fairly new installation of the newest version of Norton 360 version 21.2.0.38 when I used to look in the history when I had the older version I’d sometimes see some liveupdates being medium with yellow circle because they’d fail to complete as well. I know the correct thing to do is leave it 24 hours which I will be doing but just thought I’d make a post here incase anyone was having the same problem.
I’m running Windows 8.0 haven’t updates to 8.1
If you guys have any ideas it will be much appreciated
