I have a 3 PC licence and had used all of them. I then changed one of my PCs and deleted the licence, and then loaded it onto the new PC, but it is missing some components. Most importantly, it's missing Live Update, so I've got no way to download new virus protections. Can anyone help?
Try running Norton Auto Fix by clicking on Get Support.
Try right clicking on the Norton icon in the system tray. Run Liveupdate should be an option available there.
If you still do not see it there, Restart your computer. Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.
