I have been finding it difficult to update my norton sercurity, when it is cheking for updates and downloading the updates. When it comes to installing the updates half way through the laptop crashes. Showing me a blue screen with information that was hard to read as it changes quickly into the system rebooting itself. I have tried to run a scan but it fails, a message that the malware and anti spyware is disabled. Turn it back on and norton will try to find the updates, download, nd install still crashes.
i even tried to restore my laptop to the day before it happen, no luck.
