Live update problem,needed to remove and reinstall Norton Secirity 2010

Have you uninstalled NIS 2010 via the Control Panel before trying to reinstall?

Please use the removal tool to uninstall all the remants of Norton Internet Security 2010 and then reinstall Norton Internet Security 2010
