I just installed Norton after I reformatted. How can I tell if the virus definitions are to date? The first time I ran Live Update until there were no more updates. after i restarted I ran Live Update again and installed a few more. But after that I would only be able to install one update before it says no more updates. I restart, install one update, running Live Update again finds no new updates. I restart and same thing. Is it really installing new updates? The messages are not same (I.e. the first time I run Live Update says complete but I don’t think anything was downloaded, second time says no new updates no action required) but I get the feeling I’m already current but it’s just saying that updates are installed. Am I wrong?
