Live Update says 3 hours ago in NIS 2010 Version 17.7.0.12

Though I just ran Live update and got a pulse update, I have NIS 2010 Version 17.7.0.12  Anybody else Can't get Network Security map either What's up....., Thanks, Gorpy1
