I got a message a few days ago saying that "Your virus and spyware definitions are not up to date. Your PC may be at risk for infection" when I click the fix button it runs a Live Update. Then is says. "not all updates were successful" I have tried this may times and also restarted my computer many times. It said I have the latest version of Norton installed. I don't know what to do. I have the Norton 360 v3.0. HELP PLEASE

Hi Njbeauty,
Try the instructions mentioned in this Symantec Support Article.
Yogesh
I checked that and both time and date are correct
I’ve tried that as well and it said updates were not successful. I feel so stuck
Hi NJ BEAUTY
Could you please download the definitions for your product from this link and then run a full system scan and see if any thing shows up with that.? Thanks
