Hi, I've been trying to find online help for this. I bought and downloaded AntiVirus/WebProtection last night and was unable to use it due to LiveUpdate not processing all the updates. I've rebooted bunches of times and run the reinstaller 3 times now. Looking through the forums, I thought it might be a connectivity issue, but the speed is pretty good. I've run LiveUpdate 10 or 12 times now hoping that the download updates would jsut go through, but no luck!
The update that consistently fails to load is the Norton Smart Virus Definitions.
I operate using Windows XP, I have the latest Norton version.
Can anyone help?
