Why does the app not LiveUpdate? Is it because there are NO updates or something else, had trial version for couple days now.
Why can’t I upload an image file .txt and .pdf are pointless!
OK. As I mentioned if you root your device all bets are off for compatibility.
Already tried a total of three installs, not doing another! Maybe my updated ROM (Fulmics) has some incompatibility.
Why not try another install? There could have been some corruption in your installation.

You may not have to uninstall. Just go to Android Settings - Apps and look for Norton Mobile Security. Just clear the app cache and app data. Then restart the phone again and test. You will have to sign into your Norton Account again to get the full version activated.
BTW Rooted devices can be a bit of a crap shoot. No guarantees of compatibility.
Yes to working internet connection and also tried phone data service. First thing I tried was was restarting the phone, one thing I've not done is uninstalled the app, and reinstall. I'll try that later. The phone is LG G3 and it's rooted
