I’m using NIS2009 on Windows XP SP3. Everything else in the program works perfectly including pulse updates. Liveupdate can download and install most patches (eg virus defs, sapphire, pulse etc), but it refuses to install anti-phishing updates. Has anyone got any suggestions? Tech support has been useless - all the ‘analysts’ default to reinstalling norton without any further investigation of the problem. I have had NIS2009 re-installed 9 times now… 
And have lost all my quarantine and identity safe data each time…
