Ok Norton, enough of this.
I have been a loyal customer for now more than 20 years and I have had it with this bullshit. You need to fix LiveUpdate so that it does not take an hour to complete, and you need to provide a solution other than re-installing the software. This is unacceptable no matter how you slice it and, if this not resolved soon I and others will start buying your competition.

Don't know where you come from, but in China, Chinese customers do experience VERY SLOW downloading speed of LiveUpdate.
The customer support team just say that they are aware of this issue and will report this to the headquarter. But nothing improves.
Update is essential to an AV software. If Norton cannot manage to make update experience smooth in some regions or areas, then it should not launch products in these places.
What part of the LiveUpdate is taking so long? Is it the download time, or the processing time?
