Hallo,
mein Norton kann seit einigen Wochen (seit dem Wechsel NIS->N360) kein LiveUpdate mehr ausführen, es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung "Keine Verbindung zum Norton LiveUpdate-Server möglich".
Neuinstallation erfolglos.
Removal Tool erfolglos.
SymKBFix3.EXE erfolglos.
Nach Wechsel zurück zu NIS bleibt das Problem.
Es ist kein Proxyserver installiert, Einstellungen des IE sind alle ok.
Es laufen keine nicht-Systemdienste außer Norton.
Es sind keine Autostartprogramme aktiviert.
Natürlich keine andere Firewall etc. installiert.
Alle anderen Programme können problemlos auf das Internet zugreifen (!!!)
NPE hat aber im abgesicherten Modus das selbe Problem (kein Zugriff aufs Internet).
Ping zum Norton Update Server funktioniert.
Auch mit Norton DNS Server das selbe Problem.
Leider wollte mir der Support bis jetzt immer weismachen, ich hätte meinen Internetexplorer falsch eingestellt und einen Proxy eingetragen, anstatt auf die Logs die ich auch geschickt habe einzugehen.
