When I run LiveUpdate I get a message 'cannot connect to the Norton LiveUpdate Server. Please check your internet connection'? 'Failed to complete'.
Any ideas why this may be occuring?
My internet connection is obviously fine for all other actions.
I can update manually but it is very tedious doing this every 4 days.
I have Norton Internet Security 2011 and am thinking of purchasing the 2012 version as when updated the application does a good job.
