I've been reporting this problem for years, but never here. Every time you run System Restore, you have to download the entire Virus Protection Data Base. It seems to be more of a problem with Windows 7. I have NIS and NAV and it's the same for both. Today I went back ONE DAY with System Restore and had to get the whole 100MB Data Base. Impossible if you have dialup, so I must go to the Library for Hi-Speed.
