I just purchased Norton Antivirus 2009 because my pc is festooned with browser hijacks that I just can't seem to rid myself of. I purhcased well over three hours ago and I have gotten zero information on my purchase. No order number, nothing, just a hit on my bank account for 50 dollars give or take that I spent on getting it. I cannot get through to customer service because the chat option is not pulling up and there seems to be no readily available email to verify to the status of my order. I am furious. I'm overseas so I am unable to call, and I can't seem to navigate through the site to get in touch with a person. That's all I want. A PERSON. Someone to tell me where my download is and what I need to do to get it.
I feel like I just flushed 50 dollars down the toilet. If anyone can help that would be great because it seems at this point all Symantec is efficient at is taking my money.
