Local computers missing after update to 2011

I received a notice that I could update to the 2011 version of Internet Security. After doing so on my Vista machine, I could not connect to my local mapped drives. I restarted the computer again and after some time managed to get back to all of my local network mapped drives. The next day after turning my computer back on, I again could not connect to my local network mapped drives; the only computers showing up in the Windows Network Map is a server 2008 and my computer. All 9 of the computers and the 2 NAS show up in the Norton Network Security Map. I did a re-start of the computer again, and can connect to most of my mapped drives except for my Buffalo TeraStation. None of the other computers are showing up in the Windows Network Map. I tried turning off the fire wall, and still none of the computers show up in Windows Network Map. If I go to IE and punch in the local IP address of the Buffalo TeraStation, I connect to it just fine. Any of the computers other I have mapped drives to, I can connect to the mapped drive just fine, but if I try to map an additional drive, the computer does not show up to brows through. This computer is the only one I have updated Norton to 2011 on. This is a Vista Ultimate, 2,4 Ghz Quad core, 8GB ram, 500GB raid 5 and everything is all up to date. Computers that no longer show up  XP home, XP Pro, Windows Home Server, Windows Server 2003, Windows 7 Home Premium. NAS that are not showing up Buffalo TeraStation, IOmega StorCenterIX4. The computers that do not show up have no problem connecting to the shared folder on the Vista machine. In the Norton Network Security Map, the computers with Norton Internet Security installed on them display the remote monitoring properly.
