Hello Daniel. Please run Live Updates on your Norton install. Just a while ago a new version build was released that may correct your issue. I had an issue where none of my cloud backup would appear although the cloud storage used amount indicated data was present. Make sure you restart and recheck for your issue persisting once LU has ran. Below is a screenshot of the current build just released.

This was on a fresh install of windows 11 Pro, minimal apps installed, n360 installed and was indicating all was updated/scanned
I had removed n360 until a resolution is made and installed Aura - will attempt a new install.
I’m getting VERY soured on norton with this and the daily constant popups with ads to purchase more “services” they provide - when renewal time comes I and seriously considering a different application
Please post a screenshot of the notification from Norton that it is blocking your connection and/or labeling it as not safe. The research I have done on this suggests T-Mobile is the culprit. They’ve also had numerous breaches in the past couple of years which in retrospect would make them vulnerable to scamming via their networks. Here is how to post screenshots.
