I Osvaldo Reyes , purshased a norton anti-theft product, that was not working properly , and when I called today and requested a refund they told me that I would have to wait 3 weeks for them to have my location coordinates and fix the problem, and when I requested a refund they saId NO , BUT OFFERED ME A MULTI DEVICE AN D A 360 SUBSCRIPTION, BUT I DON'T HAVE MULTIPLE DEVICES AND I ALSO HAVE A NORTON 360 NPREMIER RECENTLY PURCHASED AS AN UPGRADE, I FEEL THE CUSTUMER SERVICE IS UNFAIR AND I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, HOPE TO RECIEVE A PROMPT RESPONSE TO THIS MATTER,THANK YOU IN ADVANCE .
