We have a premier account bought in the Spanish site of Norton Family, but we can not use location services where we live in Japan. They do not appear in our parent control or the child house rules. I understand Location services should work in Japan.
Is there any way to use location supervision?
We followed all instructions (location services turned on, we checked our subscription, refreshed, etc...)
