1. Please advise operating system and release. e.g. Win XP Home Sp3
2. Advise version number of Norton 360 that you are installing.
3. Advise where you got this update from please.
4. Advise exact "old version of Norton". Which product
5. Did you run any Norton Removal Tool or did you just rely upon Norton 360 to remove previous product.
6. Run mst from the run command windows.
7. Dont understand what you mean "losing 1 of 3 installs.." why would they not be reinstalled on a reinstall, and which one in particular.
8. What scan did you run, quick, manual or comprehensive. What results do you get with quick and with comprehensive?

I think he means when the product comes with a three PC license, he thinks he has lost 1 by uninstalling. This is not the case, ahalpern,
when you reinstall onto the same PC it is not classed as a separate installation, you can do it as many times as you like and you will still have the remaining licenses for the other PC's.
