Locked out of Galaxy Note by NAT

I installed the free 90-day trila version of NAT on my Galaxy note around Dec 26, 2011. I was in Aistralia at the time using a prepaid Vodafone SIM for my GN. Now I'm back in Japan (where I live) and last nite I wanted to try change my SIM (which has now expired so I cannot send SMS/make calls, only receive them) but when I took it out and then put the same one back in again NAT device lock said "Device locked because SIM card is missing" (although it is inthe phone inserted correctly).

None of my know passwords worked and my Buddy system is not going to work because I cannot remember who they are and I cannot send SMS from my GN anyway - the device lock won't let me do anything. I also tried to log into the Norton Website and change it from my account - I can login under the email I have for this forum for which my GN is also registered, but as it is a free trial version I don't have an account via which I can try unlock it myself (as was suggested in other past posts  I read on this forum).

I am going to Europe for a couple of months from early April and I really need my GN to work again before then without having to do a factory reset to fix this problem. Could you please advise me what to do apart from "the usual options" of buddy system etc which will not work. i.e. privately send me a password to unlock it? Cancel my free trial subscription using my email address to locate my device on your server? Or if I wait until the free trial expires around March 25 then will all the anti-theft functions be disabled and then can I use it again?

I would appreciate your help as soon as you can, as I need to set up my phone with data etc before I go to Europe and waiting until my trial expires is a little too late... I installed NAT as I trust Norton's security features, but what good are they if the owner of the phone cannot unlock and use the phone when required?

Regards,
