Locked out of Norton 360 account on android phone

I have Norton 360 on my android phone which has been hacked. I was able to install again after a factory reset and sign in by having a one time code sent to my email address but had to factory reset my phone a second time when it became apparent that the first reset had not removed the hacker. Now I can still have a one time code sent to my email but once it's been entered on the log in page the option to continue on into my account disappears instantly from the following page so I am locked out.

Do Norton have a customer support telephone number in the UK or any suggestions on how to proceed?

Do you have other symptoms that your device has been hacked? 

Are you able to log into your Norton Account from another device? PC or other mobile device? 

Are you trying to access your account from this phone with the VPN active? If so, try again with the VPN off.

What device and Android version are you using?
