Locked out of Norton due to international travel

Hello, I’m trying to activate a subscription purchased in the UK while travelling in Thailand. Norton 360 was working ok but has signed me out. I’ve spent an hour trying to resolve but because Norton thinks I have no active subscription I can’t access any support which is super frustrating. I’m unable to change my country location in account settings which was the suggested “solution”.

What you are seeing is the geo locking of the Norton subscription. Many app developers do this.

The only way to resolve your issue is to contact Norton Support and ask them to switch your subscription to an unlocked subscription.

If using the chat feature, when you can enter information, enter “Agent Please” to get connected to a human.
