I am experiencing a problem with the log-in assistant and a web page.
When I open the web site (my medical plan) to renew a prescription, I click on all the links for pre-entered info. The problem comes-up when I get to the page where I enter the info to pay for the renewal. When I click on the link to select the type of credit card I want to use, the log-in assistant prevents me from entering any further info. At the top of the page (Norton tool bar) it shows the log-in assistant and the gold bars rotating (see atch). They never stop and everything is frozen. I have to either do a reboot or open the Task Mgr and end the process.
I'm using Norton Internet security version 20.2.0.19 with Win 7. I do not store credit card info in Norton.
Any ideas why this is happening and what can I do?
