My IT 'techie' re-formatted my PC yesterday and re-downloaded Norton 360 and I've now found that all of my log-in passwords have disappeared any everything else for that matter such as my Cards! This is a major disaster for me as they're not stored anywhere outside of Norton.
The interface is different and there is a new feature "Norton ON-Line Vault" for which I created a password but there was no content already in there.
Can anyone tell me how to retrieve the log-ins please?
