Log in to activate results in system asking me to transfer license

Issue abstract: After reinstalling, Norton asks me to log in to activate which results in system the asking me to transfer the license

Detailed description: I cannot get the app to activate on my MacBook Pro after re-install. It perpetually keeps asking to transfer license which I don’t want to do. I just want app activated after reinstalling on the same device (it is NOT a new device to transfer to).

Product & version number: Norton 360 Standard

OS details: Sequoia 15.3

What is the error message you are seeing? Sign in to activate your app. 7 days to sign in. Then when I do it immediately goes to transfer license.
