Loggin Problem Mobile App

I can’t sign in on my new Norton Mobile App…ever the Message “Passwort wrong” ?

I take the same Passwort on my Norton Account on PC…:thinking: i must make a new Account for this no?

What device are you using and what OS version?

When you installed the app did you try to sign in or start subscription? If you used start subscription you would have started a new subscription with the app store for your device. So when you now try to sign in, the app might be looking for the app store’s password.

Try uninstalling the app, restart the device and then reinstall the app. This time be sure you are looking for a Sign in button. Tap that and then try your Norton Account credentials.

You will want to verify that you did not start a subscription with the app store. On your device, look for Subscriptions in the device’s Settings. If you see a Norton 360 subscription, look for a cancel option and use that so you do not get charged.
