A number of times I've tried to log into my Norton account and had various problems such as:
- logging in, but then not being able to get to my account information or pretty much any information for that matter.
- logging in and then being directed to a page where I can update account information, but then I can't leave this page or find the rest of my info, including my products and renew dates
- being directed to renew, then only being offered a 1-year subscription, which I'm not sure is even at the lowest cost.
It all seems way more confusing than it should be, and sometimes just plain wrong.
Any thoughts on how to best navigate the site and get to my account? And also to make sure I'm getting the best price on the N360?
