Hi all,
I can log in with my email address and password in Norton on my laptop, but the Android phone app keeps saying I have the wrong or incorrect Username or Password. So, I can't even get to the vault password screen on my Android phone, but I can easily use Identity Safe on my laptop, so I can't sync between the two machines. Does anybody have any suggestions to help or do I need to provide more info? The two Norton Accounts should use the same login info, shouldn't they? Thanks for any help!!!
