Hi  SHO_GuN ,

 

I think, you need to report the Web site information to Symantec so that they can check. This can occur if the Web site is designed incorrectly or if Identity Safe is unable to recognize the particular field in the Web form. Kindly refer to this Symantec Support Article.

I have the same Problem, but not with this Web Site.  I Changed my Password and, usually, when I Enter the New Password in to the Web Site and Press on "Enter", I would get a pop-up from Norton Internet Security 2009, "Update Your Login", which did not happen.
