Norton - have just been on line with tech support using LogMeIn and I have to report that the font size was almost unreadable (had to use magnifying glass - and I did have it set at max font size using symbols at top right of Logmein screen). Am using Windows 10 13" laptop 3200 x 1800 screen resolution. You need to fix this - have not had a problem before using LogMeIn. Do I have to change resolution in future ?

On that specific point -- bjm has a valid one too -- it's so long since I used LogMeIn (and then as the source not the client) that I don't remember if it operates within Windows or within Command Prompt / PowerShell ?
Hope this helps since what you see on your computer is more likely to be under your control than under Norton's but since I don't know exactly under what circumstances you are seeing what you report I'm not sure yet.
If in Command Prompt / PowerShell then I only just discovered that in Windows 10AU you have very powerful control of appearance, similar to what you have in Windows itself, if you open the Command Menu and select Properties -- you can adjust font size, use of bold font and color of background instead of black for example! I found this out helping another user elsewhere who could not read what was going on in the command prompt and I found mine difficult under 10AU
The simple way to access the Command Menu is to press ALT + Spacebar and it comes up in the top left corner of the frame where the tiny icon square is.
