Longer than 2 weeks for Websafe rating?

Hello everyone,

Is it typical for Websafe to take longer than 2 weeks for a rating?

Ive been waiting for longer on my site http://howtorepairarelationshipsite.combut i still see a grey question mark.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
