Looks Like A Bug In Safe Web?

I have been doing Reviews for all Credit Unions for the last few months and noticed a bug in the last several hundred reviews I made. It is in the comment section of the review. Go to Safe Web  (Link in my signature) and look at my profile, pick a review, any within the last month that registers "Comments -0" When you look at the whole review this is what is seen with 0 comments:

Is anyone seeing what I'm seeing on both IE and Firefox browser?

Here are some more screen shots of the bug:

Hi ProTruckDriver,

I have requested the teams to look into this issue. Thank you reporting it to us.

Looks like this Bug is happening on "CHECKMATE89" Reviews also:

Boy, my ugly mug is showing up everywhere!  Anyhow, in ADDITION to the aspect PTD is raising, the comment section is amalgamated and confusing!  I could swear this happened in the past as well.  For example, a comment that I issued to ProTruckDriver on his review for Victoza is now showing up under his review of tri-county.org!  (See Screenshot)  Further, ticks in the “Yes” column are s t i l l NOT registering AND where is the “Recent Helpful Reviews” section that we used to have?  I have to laugh.  :catlol:  How many substantive issues did I raise on this thread evidenced here: http://community.norton.com/t5/Tech-Outpost/quot-New-Look-quot-to-Norton-Safe-Web/td-p/991995 WITH buttressing screenshots AND proposals on how to make the layout more efficient and no Symantec Employees “rang in” (so to speak).

Regards,

P.S.- PTD, I wouldn’t trust “HighRiskPro411”, that post just reeks of suspicion.

My thoughts exactly HB.

Not pointing any fingers at anyone, but this seemed to happen when "HighRiskPro411" posted in the comments.

1. Is this a legitimate Bug in Safe Web?

2. Is this a new way of spamming on Safe Web linking reviewers reviews?

Hopefully the answer is #1 and Norton gets it fixed soon.

The bug is still there, on my latest reviews. Has Norton figured out what is causing this and will it be fixed without losing any of my reviews?

Well it has been over 2 months now since this bug has been reported and it is still there. Can someone from Norton please tell us if this bug is fixable and is it still being looked into?  :smileyfrustrated:

Believe it or not, I "checked-in on" Safe Web, maybe a week ago? and noticed that the comment section was still amalgamated.  I would have mentioned something, it's just that so many other things seem to keep coming up....  It's at the place where I hate to issue you any comments, because, the minute you author your next review, the comment loses relevance....

Further, there are still a number of other issues that must be resolved, such as, yet not limited to, getting back the "Recent Helpful Reviews" section.

Best,

H.B.

Well 3 months and counting on this bug and NO Update Comment from Norton. I'm at the place where I hate to do reviews because the review itself loses relevance with the new review and the same 3 month old comments attached to all reviews. :smileyfrustrated:

Norton must have worked on the bug reported this last weekend because looking at the website this morning all 3 month and older comments on reviews are gone. As it looks this bug is fixed. Thank you Norton Staff. :smileyhappy:
