I've all but given up. While Online Family seems like a great tool, I have installed it three separate times. Assigned it to my two children's accounts and left it off on our parent account. Open a browser and get a "not connected to the internet" screen (or some variance). This happens on all three accounts (including the parent account which is turned off to Online Family). Open up Chrome and it works fine, so I know I've got internet connectivity. Open up IE or Firefox and nothing. Is there some type of proxy I need to set up for IE or Firefox? Needless to say, it's a bit frustrating.
I'm running Win7 64bit on the machine. Latest versions of IE, FF, and Chrome.
