I also have suffered in recent days with being unable to complete entry to Identity Safe. I am, however, able to use the Norton Toolbar method of entry using Internet Explorer. I do much prefer to use Firefox and in recent times I have found this impossible due to the continuing inability of the software geeks to come up with a solution. My Norton renewal is due next month and I will not be renewing! It is too much to expect busy people to continually have to type in passwords when we have paid a high price for this component of Norton.
