Norton Internet Security has been nagging me for last couple of weeks about my ending subscribtion so finally I gave up, went to a shop and purchased a boxed version for next year - waited for a couple of days and tonight, annoyed to the max with these reminders I typed the new code - 5 days before the end of my current subscription - imagine total surprise on my face when 366 days appeared on the screen - not 5 + 366!!!
Is there a way of getting my 5 days of subscription back?!
