Lost access to this email account

A couple of times recently, I have received an email into two of my email accounts with the subject saying 'Norton safe email is unable to flag emails' in the subject box, and then 'We've lost access to this email account.'

However, when I log into my Norton account it tells me that all my emails accounts are being monitored.

Please could someone tell why this is happening.
