after uninstalling norton 360 v4.0 I rebooted my computer and found that I no longer have a cdrom listed in my windows explorier. Under device manager CD rom shows an error message (code 39) saying the driver is corrupt or missing. have tried to update driver but get message that the driver is already installed. what do I do.
