I continue to lose connection when I am running the Norton Power Eraser and it does not finish each time it loses connection it has to start over from the beginning. Then it says errors detected in Norton Power Eraser I tried to uninstall it and start over to see if it just did not install correctly but could not find it in my data base. Can someone help me with this problem. Oh and the reason that I am running this is because my PC was hacked last night and all my files were moved around and they tried to forward 20 porn email to random mailboxes. Thank God that I got the message that "Postmaster Failed"
