New computer running Win 7 Home edition, Win Live Mail. Am losing some e-mails when they are moved to a different folder, occasionally can reopen e-mail from Search on main menu but file location is not shown, but mostly is irretrievable. Have run out of ideas from MSN help. Believe it is corrupted program or problem with NIS. Any help appreciated.
