Lost Family Members on Online Account

I set up an online account with all of my family members and two computers  months ago.  I invited my wife and we were both able to sucessfully view activity for the past 6+ months.

 

I logged into my account today and it still exists but all of my family members and entire setup were gone.  My wife went into her account and all users/computers were still in place and monitoring was still working.  She tried to invite me to the account but it said I was already invited to the acoount.

 

How do I get my setup back?

Yes, I can log into my Norton account with the same email and password.  However I don’t see OnlineFamily in the list of products.
