i just renewed my subscription for a norton antivirus 2009 on my desktop pc. i purchased it online and started the steps downloading the program, in the middle of the installation it stopped and cannot continue my program activation because i lost my internet connection. so i clicked internet explorer to verify and there it was i lost my internet connection. i have no idea what went wrong. i did the shutdown, reboot, system restore with no success. i am not a technical person when it comes to computers. i need help.i have a wireless router and my 2 laptops have internet access.
